  So, over the last 24 months I've noticed a steady decrease in the service. I usually don't write reviews but this has to be done. There's a lot of little things here and there but today it was a lot of little things in one.
  
  My order: #6 platter, spicy, fries and two biscuits with a sweet tea.
  
  What I received: #6 platter, spicy, cold fries, two old biscuits, and Dr. Pepper.
  
  Now I know it gets busy during lunch hours, but I came at 1400.... and was the only car in the drive through. Not to mention they didn't even give me honey for the biscuits. That's almost a war crime. I would sell my cousin to Joseph Kony before eating a biscuit sans the honey. And for the love of all things holy, you my server even repeated Sweet Tea to me. Now I'm sitting in my car at the motorpool, eating cold fries, hard tack biscuits, and not drinking tea. And it's raining. Thanks Popeyes.

  When you pay for items, your should at least get them. I'm dissatisfied with the service, why have a phone number if your not going to answer the calls. ive tried calling several times now and no answer. The worlds not going to end cause I didn't receive a few items, however it would be nice to be reimbursed on a later day..... It will be a while before I decide to go here again.
