  Ordered from this pizza Hut 3 times in the past 2 weeks. First time, delivery came within an hour. Food was great. Second time, I got the 2x 5 topping medium pizzas for 6.99 each (which costs as much as a medium 2 topping pizza, their pricing doesn't make sense to me). It was carry out only tho so I had to walk 2 miles to get it since I'm tdy here. Pizzas slightly smaller than expected but food was great. 3rd time I ordered for a scheduled pick up 4 hours later right b4 they closed. I called at 1930 before I started walking to confirm and they told me the pizza was in the oven. I got there around 1950 and they hadn't put the pizza in yet. I had to wait till around 2020 but they gave me a free pizza for the wait and trouble. I walked out a happy customer.

  Well I had just got done ordering 6 boxes of pizzas. When I had called today to place an order, I was on the phone with a lady who had the "worse" customer service. She kept on rushing my order and giving me an attitude. I was polite upon ordering. This will be my last time ordering pizza from this location. I will be taking my business elsewhere to Primo's in which I heard was better. How can this be on a military installation? Such horrible service.

  Rude, absolutely rude. fort Irwin should definitely contract papa johns, at least the food would be better and the customer service is actually good with that company.
